During the release dates, shipping may be delayed up to 30-45 days. Please accept our sincere apologies for the possible delays.

We ship worldwide using fulfillment centers in the USA, Europe, UK, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

Shipping cost depends on your location and whether a fulfillment center is operating in your country or not. Shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

We choose the fastest and most reliable courier services based on your location.

All bottles are custom made per order, therefore Chouette Vierge Parfumée does NOT provide refunds on made products.

Please make sure you intend to order what you selected before you finalize the order. Please click on the products to read descriptions for each product. We do not accept returns for any other reason not related to a mistake on our end.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped or delivered from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday. You will receive a tracking number to your email once your order is dispatched. Any import duties or taxes due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

Chouette Vierge Parfumée is not responsible for any damage to items if one chooses to use third-party shipping companies to resend orders to addresses not mentioned during checkout.

In case of damaged items, email us within 1 week of receiving it and provide proof of damage.
